1. Introduction

1.1. The "Brush Whimsy Giveaway" is organized by Alex Brush, owner of the Brush Whimsy Etsy store. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older.

2.2. Employees of Alex Brush and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

3.1. The giveaway entry period begins on June 10th, 2024 and ends on June 30th, 2024.

3.2. Entries received outside the specified entry period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter the giveaway, participants must provide their email address via the designated entry form on the Brush Whimsy website.

4.2. Each participant is allowed one entry. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

5. Prize

5.1. One (1) winner will be selected to receive five (5) digital artworks of their choice from the Brush Whimsy Etsy store.

5.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

6.2. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry within seven (7) days of the giveaway closing date.

6.3. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, an alternative winner will be selected.

7. Prize Delivery

7.1. The winner will receive instructions on how to download their chosen digital artworks.

7.2. Alex Brush is not responsible for any technical issues or delays in the delivery of the prize.

8. Privacy

8.1. By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for future marketing communications from Brush Whimsy, unless they opt out.

8.2. Participants can opt out of future communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email received.

9. General Conditions

9.1. Alex Brush reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

9.2. In the event of any dispute regarding the giveaway, the decision of Alex Brush shall be final and binding.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Alex Brush is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance and/or use of the prize.

11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California, United States, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California, United States.
